This is a Department 56 Village Accessory called Bears In The Birch, #52743 . It was issued in 1998 and retired in 2003. You can bend the birch tree branches any way you want--they need to be straight up to fit in the box. It comes with its box and packaging. Originally retailed for $25 and has held its value every since. In general, give care to removing figures from their box as they are easily broken and some have fragile attachments .
