One of the rarest known usages of a Iowa patriotic cover.I have never seen a Winchester,Iowa straight line cancellation on a patriotic cover before. It may be unique. Red and blue flag design "Union and the Constitution". This is a very rare cover from the original Nutmeg/Bischel sale, lot 5835. The cover has tape stains and is reduced on the right side.
