69th NEW YORK INFANTRY -1st REGIMENT IRISH BRIGADE FLANK FLAG Flank flags were used by regiments to mark the right and left flanks of the regiments. Measures 29"x30" inches, same size as the originals. We can do this type of flank flag for any New York regiment, The flag is made of 100% cotton,with yellow/gold fringe, Handpainted on both sides of the flag. The number 69th will appear correctly on both sides of the flag, the N.Y.S.V and the word REGIMENT will appear backwards on the backside. We can make these to read correctly on both sides if you choose, but the originals had backwards letters on the reverse side with the regiment number reading correctly.
