This is part of a HUGE sale of incredible high-grade comics - for you Hulk fans, the collection includes probably every Hulk comic book printed! This collection contains great key books for The Incredible Hulk (including Hulk #1!!!), Fantastic Four, X-Men, Silver Surfer, Journey Into Mystery and more. T are also Modern Age "classics of tomorrow" as well as a nice selection of Golden Age books. This is Marvel Comics' Silver Surfer #14, published in March 1970. Story: The Surfer and the Spider. Featuring: Spider-Man. Written by Stan Lee. I have quite a few Silver Surfer books, including the entire Volume 1 run, #1-18 (which this book is a part of). Don't miss it! We have a different approach to selling comics. Since I am not an expert and this is an ungraded book, I provide just about everything you need to grade the book yourself! I've noted flaws or unusual features that I saw in the book. T are also LOTS of detailed photos so you can see every fold, crease, ink smear, tear, hole, loose page, staple details, and anything else we can capture in the 20-50 photos of each book. Our photos are both in normal light AS WELL AS BLACK LIGHT to uncover many types of alterations. We may not publish all of them in the listing, but just ask and we'll be happy to provide them for you. Note: the fewer the pictures, the fewer flaws were spotted! This is about as close as we can get to a "real-life" experience. Please look at the pics though, as they are the primary description of this book. This is an EXCELLENT book. I've photographed virtually all of the flaws I could find. T were very few, mostly a few stray ink blobs and smears. Some pages have some machinery marks/scrapes from the printing process. Whatever is t is shown in the photos, and you'll note t are very few photos. The covers are still glossy; overall the book is supple. The colors are bright - the photos don't do it justice, but the scans provide a better idea of the real colors T are no pages missing. No coupons or other pieces cut out. No writing. The staples are clean with no rust. The cover is TIGHT. The book is FLAT. See other pics for other observations The black light did not show any repair or restoration work Please feel free to email me if you would like high-res scans or photos emailed to you. I want bidders to have as much info as possible! But ask EARLY - I can't guarantee that I can respond the last 24 hours of the auction. This comic belongs to a serious collector of high-grade comic books who made every effort to determine if repairs or restorations had been done. HOWEVER... he has not continuously owned all of the books from printing to now. And what was done before he bought the book is unknown, even though he did everything possible to ensure that the books were not restored or repaired.
