Antique carved shell cameo that measures approx. 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" and weighs approx. 7.2 grams (coin added for size reference only). Half of the neck wire is missing and the larger diamond has a significant chip. USED Condition as shown in the pictures.Item may need additional cleaning.
