For auction is a pair of used 7591 vintage vacuum tubes, most likely made by Westinghouse for Fisher and Eico. These are the earlier full base base variant of this designed for audio application output tube. These have been tested on my Hickok USM 118B, see pics. They test good, are fairly well matched, and should have lots of life left. The Hickok USM 118B is a lab grade unit, with accuracy in the range of +/- 3%, which is a significant improvement on the commercial Hickok testers like the 539C with a stated accuracy of +/- 10%, but a tube tester is not the ideal way to match tubes, it must really be done in your amplifier.Note in the pictures that while the Fisher base is in very good condition, some plastic on the Eico base has chipped away, but this does not effect performance.
