OFFERED WITH NO RESERVE AS ALWAYS !! .. A GROUP of 8 BLACK & WHITE MOVIE STILL LOBBY CARD PHOTOGRAPHS fromthe 1943 "LADY in the DARK". This film was one of the earliest Hollywood experiments with the surreal, a supposedly witty jab at slick fashion magazines and slicker Freudian analysis.See included clipping below for more information. Please check our listings for a wide variety of interesting and unusual items, including another lot of these photos from the movie, depicting a very surreal circus.All direct from a Pa. estates.We offer about 30 items each week, Sunday through Thursday evenings at 10 P.M. EDT. We are always happy to combine shipping charges on multiple wins, whenever possible, to save on costs . CONDITION. - we would consider these items to be in "excellent" vintage condition.- none are ripped, torn, or creased.- the photos are clean with no fading, staining or discoloration.They are seen photographed below in clear plastic folders to help prevent surface smudging.- the black and white contrast is excellent and the images are crisp and clear.- photos have crisp edges and sharp corners. 2 have some roughness along the bottom edge- t are no musty or unpleasant odors.- we are not aware of any repairs or restorations.
