8 .8 Carat 2 Pieces Cabochon Sugilite, Royal Purple, Grape Jelly, Royal Lavulite I'm selling a collection of high-grade Sugilite.These stones were mined over 30 years ago and are from the first significant batch of sugilite from the Wessels Mine that made it to America. The batch was know as Royal Purple, Grape Jelly, Royal Azel and Royal Lavulite.Here is your last chance to get some of this original material.If you want to know more about it, just ask. Like all stories surrounding Royal Purple, it's an interesting story.The highes quality Sugilite was found near Hotazel, South Africa, in the '70ties. This deposit was the source of the first gem grade sugilite and this batch is from there and then.Over the next few month, I will list everything I have, except for one piece.Sugilite from the Wessels Mine, South Africa.2 Pieces Cabochon are made from high-grade material. Very dark purple color, but translucent.Amazing pieces.
