This is a group of 8 old Russian nesting dolls (only 4 appear in the photo). The peasant girl is colorfully adorned in red, yellow, blue and gold and stands 6" tall. She also has tiny decorations to her costume which are done in gold painted wood. The second doll down has green on her dress, instead of blue, and so it goes. A lot of work was put into this piece. It remains in very good condition (the bright spots on them are from the flash). Shipping to most USA locations should cost no more than $5.
