Set of 8 Silverplated plates or chargers. They are 11 1/4" diameter and the inner circle is 7' Diameter. Someone suggested they may be for soup bowls, I have no idea. The condition is used and must be considered "as-is". Some have small pits on them and one of the eight is really bad as it appears in the photo. The marking on the bottom is difficult to read. As a guess, it is "E B W & S". The plates weigh almost two pounds each. The border detail is absolutely beautiful as noted in the photo. Please email me with questions as I really do not know anything else to tell you about the pieces. They have been handed down through family members. One of the kind people who looked at this auction has forwarded the following comment. "The marking is probably EPNS for electro-plated nickel silver." I really appreciate the coment.
