This week I am offering a number of early French tissueviews: a few of Paris, then and now the most romantic city in the world, two English tissues, one attributed to Grundy, the other to Eliott. But t is more: two views of the 1873 international exhibition, a few early English genre views, two rare Simili Verre (= like glass) views of the visit of the Russian Tsar to France in 1901, an unusual tissueview of London, an early view of Dublin and - last but not least - a few, good, regular views of Paris . I am also listing a large group of English views, a group of views by Braun, a large group of early genre views, four hand tinted views of the USA series by William England, early views of Napoli / Naples, a coloured view of Constantinople, views by James Eliott, a genre view of the Crimean war, views of Hastings, a fine early series of Paris, afew good views of Egypt, etcetera. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Description Eight (8) stereoviews of Germany and Switzerland by Adolphe Braun. All dating to between 1860 and 1865.
