'82 Case XX Hawbaker Muskrat Knife / Red Bone Handle D Scarce 1982 Case XX Hawbaker Muskrat Folding Knife In the last photograph you will see 8 of over 20 other mint or almost mint Case knives that we currently have listed in separate auctions on Ebay. These are all from a serious 35 year collector who has finally decided to down size his collection. Remember..................you are only bidding on the one knife in this auction. ****************************** This knife is a 1982 Hawbaker muskrat pattern. It measures 3 7/8" closed and 6 3/4" with the one blade open. Blades are chrome vanadium steel and have great snap. The clip blade is etched ?Improved Muskrat Knife? with tang stamped CASE XX, 8 dots and U.S.A. Other blade is etched ?Hawbaker Special; with one side of tang stamped R Muskrat and other side stamped CASE XX, 8 dots and U.S.A. The knife is in as-new condition, never carried, sharpened or buffed. The blades, bolsters, backsprings and shield are all clean and bright, with a little very minor scuffing w the blades rub when opening.
