Union Pacific 903046 American 250 ton Diesel Electric Crane Overland Brass Factory Painted (OMI 3385.2). Overland models imported this self-propelled crane for Ajin of Korea during 2001. Union Pacific 903046 replaced an earlier crane 1903 built heavy wrecking crane with this new diesel electric crane during 1970. The replacement 250 tons American Hoist & Derrick Co. was their model W-250 (Builder's number W-3859 with a built date of January, 1970). By 1970, the model W-250 crane was converted to diesel power. The Crane was assigned to Cheyenne Wyoming and more recently to Salt Lake City, Utah. According to overland, This OMI model of the 250-ton American Diesel Electric Crane is modeled after the Union Pacific prototype but is also similar to other types used on KCS #07, T&P #X251 and possibly others. The model comes with its original box and full foam. We did test run the model and it does run well. We do not see wear on the model. Please allow $16.75 for insured domestic shipping and handling.
