This is an absolutely beautiful cookie jar, sometimes called "Beulah". In the identifying guide, BUY, KEEP OR SELL, by Judith Miller, she is identified as Poppytrail calf head by Metlox of California, unmarked, 1950's, 11" high, $400-$500. This one has the original Metlox sticker on the bottom. She is clean and shiny with no chips, cracks, or crazing. T's one color flaw on the front of her head (shown in picture).
