This is an auction for two good quality antique fullsize violin bows. a1. First four photos. Good straight stick. An unusual mother of pearl inlay on the stick itself. The adjuster also has decorative inlay. The metal might be silver, not sure. The mother of pearl slider on the frog is rather mangled. All wedges present. Metal tip, again might be silver. Bow needs to be rehaired but mechanism works well. a3. Photos 5 to 7. Straight stick, round. Dark wood. Lovely mother of pearl, inlayed design on both side of frog. End tip of adjuster is missing. mechanism works well. Mother of pearl slider needs to be replaced. Hair present but the bow won't tighten sufficiently, so rehair needed. Wedges present. Fast despatch. I can usually get items in the post on the day after receiving payment. Returns accepted. If the buyer is not happy for any reason then I accept the bows back for a full refund.
