19th Century Country Pipe Box This is a nicely crafted, primitive hanging pipe box with a tall back, shaped sides, and a deep well, made in the 1800's with square nails. Its surface is untouched, dry, dark brown stain or paint, with a mellow patina. 16" to the top, 6" wide, x 4 1/2" deep, 6" to the top of the well. It has a hanging hole at the top.
