Gather 'round, kids. You're not going to want to miss this one. I have in my possession an authentic, guaranteed and autographed Aaron Rodgers Vince Lombardi Players Trophy courtesy of the Green Bay Packers and the National Football League. The trophy in my possession was won at the United Way golf event sponsored by County Materials here in Wisconsin. I'll be perfectly honest and perhaps I'm going to get some grief for this, but hey, I wasn't born and raised a Wisconsinite. I just live here. But in all honesty, I'm really not a fan of the Green Bay Packers. I know, blasphemy, right? This thing has been sitting on my dresser wrapped in plastic for the last year. In addition to the trophy, I was also give a certified and authentic Certificate of Authenticity guaranteed by Ms. Barbara Mendlesky of Titletown Treasures in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. And to make matters even more authentic, the Director of the United Way golf event that I attended also gave me these photographs of Aaron Rodgers signing this EXACT trophy in bright silver oil-based Sharpie marker / paint pen at the local United Way office here in Wisconsin in 2011.
