Fabulous Hand Painted Roses Charger Spectacular hand painted charger, painted with the most beautiful Roses. This plate measures 11 1/2 inches across, and is marked with something on the bottom center, but is faded and I cannot make it out. Also, this lovely charger is signed and dated, on the front but cannot make it out. A better set of eyes can probably see it clearly. Please give the photos time to load, they pictures definitely do not do the plate justice. Email me with any questions you may have. Shipping will be $9.00 in the United States, that includes insurance. We do not accept returns, so PLEASE ask any questions before you bid. Paypal is the method of payment.
