made by propper , not gi issued, same fabric as gi nyco 50% nylon 50% cotton. made in the domincan republic, made to gi specifications for great durability and comfort.marked a 42 reg arm pit to arm pit =22.5" top of neck to bottom of jacket =33" an irregular nothing really i can see. this jacket is a twill sateen, not ripstop.
