AC Fr 1267 $0.15 1869 fractional Fourth issue PCGS 50PPQ large red, watermarks This is a piece of fractional currency from the fourth series. It is the fifteen cent denomination and has the large red seal and watermarked paper. That makes it a Freidberg 1267.. PCGS has graded this as an About New 50PPQ, which is two folds away from an uncirculated note. The PPQ means this note has premium paper quality. It has not been messed with like most "high grade uncirculated!!!!!" non-graded notes you see on eBay. Don't trust me about the grade of the note, trust PCGS!
