AC Fr $20 Richmond FRN PCGS 30 Burke/Glass However, here we have a 1914 Federal Reserve Note from the Richmond district. It has the signatures of Burke and Glass. This note is a Very Fine 1914 $20 Federal Reserve Note. It is a note that would fit in perfectly to a type set, district set, or advanced Freidberg collection. This note is graded Very Fine 30 from PCGS. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
