Academy Award Winning Actor R O D S T E I G E R Vintage coin cuff links owned by him This is a great looking vintage pair of coin cuff links that belonged to Rod Steiger. The cuff links are made from actual coins that are dated from the World War Two era. One says 1939 and the other is 1945. They are rich looking because of sterling silver coins with the gold cuff links together. Rod Steiger appeared in many wonderful movies such as: Doctor Zhivago, On the Waterfront, The Illustrated Man, In the Heat of the Night, W.C. Fields and Me, The Harder They Fall, The Pawnbroker, and Waterloo in which he played Napoleon. I knew Steiger and we did several interviews, including one for a book on success that I was writing at the time. This item was obtained directly from him and a detailed letter of provenance will be provided, along with a copy of one of our interviews. There is a low opening bid and also a low "buy it now".
