This is a fantastic little specimen of Acanthite (Silver Sulphide) from the Imiter Mine, Ouarzazate Province, Morocco. It is a perfect pagoda-like crystal, with four perfect sides and a perfect four cornered spike at the top. It has a pretty good lustre as well. This was mined in early 2005. 15mm x 8mm x 8mmYou are not going to find a better thumbnail of Acanthite than this one.
