This a brand new action figure of Dale Earnhardt and his 7 Nascar Champion Trophy's made by Action-McFarland company....its in its original box but the box is in very poor shape..we had it in storage and the box got wet..it has completely dried out and didn't damage any of the inside contents...every thing is still wrapped in its original blister pack....we will send you a brief history that took Dale's live at Daytona 500 in 2001...within the last few laps of the race he was hit by Sterling Marlin,and shot up into the wall than hit by Kenny Shraeder who had no where else to go..some say that Dale's safety belts were improperly installed...Dale was offered the new Haans device which holds your head in place during wrecks but he had turned it down.that may have saved his life...he died doing what he loved....he is only the second driver to reach 7 Championships..the first is the legendary Richard Petty...Dale won in 1980--1986--1987--1990--1991--1993--1994.....some say that Jimmy Johnson is the only other driver that will reach the same level of Dale and Richard..
