This ADA AMPULATOR has been in my non-smoking recording studio equipment collection room. It has barely been used, is very well cared for, has been fully tested and works great! I am the original owner of this unit. I am including the Original Owner’s Manual, an additional cut-sheet and the original warranty card. I am also including a copy of the original schematics and the calibration sheet instructions. This unit is a 19” 1U Single Rack TUBE DRIVEN POWER AMPLIFIER and SPEAKER CABINET EMULATOR . This unit runs on one 12AX7 preamp tube, and is designed to provide a wide variety of clean and distorted tones. IN THE STUDIO: • Allows guitar pre-amp to be run directly to tape by eliminating the need for guitar power amps, speaker cabinets and microphone set-ups.• Restores missing dynamic characteristics often lost when running guitar pre-amps directly into a board.• Makes use of emulation techniques to eliminate the need of using radical EQ and effects at the mixing desk.
