Genuine Admiral Gardner 1808 10 cash (X) copper British East India Co. shipwreck treasure coin higher grade with great detail both sides. Comes with story and is NGC certified. This coin is about the size of a quarter. This is a really nice coin considering it has been underwater in a sealed barrel for almost 2 centuries.The Admiral Gardner was a British 3 mast sailing ship loaded with copper coins heading for East India when it sank in a storm just off the coast in England in 1809. The shipwreck was found in 1984 and divers were able to bring up one barrel of these coins.
