Clipped signature of Admiral George Dewey (1837-1917). Dewey was Admiral of the Navy, the only person in United States history to have attained the rank. Admiral Dewey is best known for his victory at the Battle of Manila Bay during the Spanish-American War. Nicely matted and framed under image of Dewey. Frame measures about 12" by 9". Includes COA.
