Adorable c1890's Little Girl's Plaid Silk Challis Dress Album Album Album A sweet original circa 1890's little girl's one piece brown and tan woven plaid silk challis dress with a brown silk velvet at the collar, buttoned waist sash, and cuffs. A back closure with fancy bright metal buttons. Box pleated accents and a turned hem. A 25" chest and waist, 9" from shoulder to shoulder, and 22" from shoulder to front hem. In good clean sound as found condition, with a few tiny age flaws and some small scattered holes, the largest 1/4", most in the back folds of the skirt. A real little sweetheart. R353.
