I am the artist of Little Samuel. I have been making reborns for 6 years now, and enjoy it very much. I use only the finest materials to make my little ones such as Genesis heat set paints, premium angora mohair, ultra/soft poly fil, fine glass beads, and nice round poly pellets. All of my babies come from a smoke/free nursery and have gone thru the complete rebirth process. Little Samuel started out as a Berenguer Lots to Love play/doll and has been transformed into an adorable collector's doll. He is no longer a toy, and should be handled as if he were a 'real' baby. Samuel's hair has been rooted one to two strands at a time rather thin to simulate a small baby's hair. It has been sealed with non/toxic glue on the inside so you can dampen and gently style it with an infant hair brush. Samuel's Berenguer eyes were replaced with gorgeous Oriental Brown topped with dark brown lashes. His nose has been shaded for depth. Samuel has a magnetic pacifier, and a strong earth magnet inside of his head, so care should be taken around sensitive equipment.
