Adorable Vintage Girls Ruth of Carolina Dress and Jacket 6 8 This is an absolutely adorable Vintage girls dress and jacket made by Ruth of Carolina. Fabric is aqua colored brocade. Dress is sleeveless A-Line style with yellow lace and buttons on yoke. Dress buttons up the back. Jacket is a swing style with yellow lace accents on inside front. The neatest part of this outfit is that the jacket actually buttons onto the front of the dress! The top of the jacket has button holes that button into the 4 buttons on the yoke of the dress. This just couldn't be any cuter! T are a few light stains on dress that I did not try to remove. This dress has no size marked. I believe that it would be approx modern size 6-8, but please see measurements. Measurements: Chest measured under arms 28". Length measured shoulder to hem 25".
