Features include die-cast trucks, plastic operating knuckle couplers, metal handrails, and plastic wheels. This car has a crack on one side of the tank behind the ladder, and one of the handrail stanchions on one end is broken (Please see my close up photos). The tank also has a couple of nicks, but the decals look good. This item has been inspected and serviced by our authorized Lionel service station. Please see picture for service details.
