This listing is for an American Flyer #3213 9-1/2 inch Searchlight Car made in 1938. It has Type XII trucks with brass journals and type X knuckle (curly Q) couplers. It has a shiny red painted sub-frame with BUILT BY AMERICAN FLYER LINES decals on each side. The brakewheel stand is missing its wheel. I will include one loose for you to install. The cast searchlight and yoke are painted dark gray and there are nickel handrails. The Type XV car frame is bright silver. There is an ON/OFF switch to control the light and a slider shoe on one truck to pick-up power from the track. The car has not been checked for operation. The car is all original and in Excellent condition. There is box shell with both ends missing all flaps. This car is from my own collection and is very nice. Buyer pays $10.00 for shipping. Sold AS IS and NO RETURNS. You won't want to return this one!
