It attached to the end of your track and it is lighted. The lights are real helpful in a yard to easily identify which tracks are powered and which are not. The original boxes and instructions are not included. This item has been serviced by our repair shop. Some of the bulbs have been replaced with reproduction parts. Please see picture for service details. There are nicks, scratches and spots of paint on the plastic housing of these bumpers. One bumper's front tab is chipped. There is rust on the light brackets for all of these bumpers. Check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Very Good. The Trainz SKU for this item is 3392686.
