You are bidding on Nice Red AFRICAN GREY TAIL FEATHERS. T are 40 tail feathers ( Range in length 4 3/4 in. L.) and 10 shorter under tail feathers (Range in length 2 1/2 in. L.) The feathers are a nice red color because of proper diet & the proper calcium african greys need. All feathers are from my pets & breeders. ( All my babys spoiled rotton) All feathers are retreived from normal molting. Feathers are in good condition. Some feathers are a little fraid ( A few more fraid ones in this group so I add a few extra but still in good shap as you can see by the picture.) on the ends from the birds play & going in and out of t breeding box. I try to retreive them as soon as they are dropped but some time I don't catch them right away. These feather are great for many crafts: Fans, Picture art, fishing luires, Angel wings. An American Indian friend told me that the African Grey Tail Feather are highly sought after to use in t head dress for t dance shows. My girl friend put them in a vaice to add color to the vaise and to her room. I'm sure you might even have more Ideas for these beautiful feathers. As you can see by the picture some of the feathers have black tips!
