This is a 16" thick black vinyl AFRS transcription disc of Yank Swing Session. The AFRS program number is #103 on the label. Bob Crosby hosts this program that features swing highlights from other AFRS programs. This one has Stan Kenton playing The Two O'Clock Drag from a One Night Stand broadcast , Connie Haines sings The Saltwater Cowboy from a Command Performance broadcast , Red Nichols plays Dancin' on the Ceiling from a Spotlight Bands broadcast , Cab Calloway doing Some of These Days from a Jubilee broadcast, Glenn Miller does Blue Champagne from a One Night Stand broadcast, Danny Kays performs Dinah (in his own special way) from a Mail Call broadcast, Tommy Dorsey plays The Minor Goes a Muggin', Ella Mae Morse performs her hit song Cow Cow Boogie from a Mail Call broadcast to close, Jimmy Lunceford closes with Wham. This disc has some light surface scratches and scuff marks and dings. A bit above average condition for a disc of this type and age. This disc played through without issue when tested.
