Double your traffic. You are looking at a very arresting and unusual lid for a serving dish in pewter, although my son put it on his head and thinks it would make a good helmet. It has an ornate handle and ridging round the base. You can see the pewter marks inside. It has some considerable age. A bit bashed, but pewter is very soft and can always be realigned, characterful and a decorative piece This fabulous item is 24cm length, 17 width and 17 height.
