AIR INDIA MAHARAJAH DESK MASCOT ADVERTISING SOUVENIRSUPERIOR EXAMPLE IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION Here on offer I have this genuine original Air India Maharajah desk mascot which is still in incredibly good undamaged condition considering its age.It has lost a tiny flake of paint from the toe-tip of the left hand side shoe as you view the photos which is only mentioned for complete accuracy. This is an authentic mid 20th century example which has the superior moulding and hand painted detailing and a flock coated red jacket compared to the cheaper examples which are simply painted and poorly moulded.It has also "incredibly" still retained the original grass feature on the turban badge!(please see 7th & 8th close up photos).If you have any doubts please compare this figure with others that you may find listed or elsewhere. It also still presents with its original label on the underside of the base(please see last photo).It stands a fraction under 4"(10cms) tall and is approx 2"(5cms) wide from left to right.It weighs approx 51grams or approx 1.8ozs.This item is only one of several other pieces of Quality Art Glass,Paperweights and Collectables that I currently have listed.Many thanks for taking the time to view this listing.Any Questions?Please just Ask!
