British Air Ministry WW2 aerial photography lens of 14" focal length and f/5.6. This heavy beast of a barrel lens was made for the air ministry by two makers during the war---its either a Taylor, Taylor and Hobson Aviar (Series II) or Dallmeyer. I believe that even though it is unmarked the serial numbers are appropriate for a war-era Cooke lens. Covers at least 8x10" with movements. Would be a great lens for wet plate. Glass is clean and iris and focusing are fully functioning. Includes lens board mounting ring.
