AIRFIX 1/32 SCALE ITALIAN INFANTRY FIGURES BOXED [1980 BOX] This auction is for a near complete boxed set of Airfix 1/32 Scale Italian Infantry figures. Included are 27 of the 28 figures in 7 different poses. The box is a "1980 box" dating from that year. Overall the box is in poor condition. It has retained its shape fairly well, it has a crease along the bottom edge. The sellophane window is intact. The left hand end flap is intact, if a little dog eared at either end, the internal end flaps are intact. The right hand end flap is intact and the internal end flap is intact. It had been taped shut at some point with two large pieces of tape which have been removed, consequently there is tape residue and there are areas where the print surface has lifted due to the removal of the tape. This can be clearly seen in the accompanying photographs. Please see the photographs to verify the condition of the box. The figures are in good condition with no weapon tip damage, unpainted and moulded in grey plastic. Please view the accompanying photograph to see the figures included in this lot. Boxes of Italian Infantry figures from the 1980 series are now increasingly rare and continue to be much sought after by collectors.
