This a fantastic wood Airline radio model 62-346 from either 1938 or 1939. It has been restored and plays great with tuned stations sounding clear and with good volume. This model is not often seen and is highly collectable as it has a nice telephone dial with rotates when the knob is turned. The numbers on it are clear and the bulb is new. The tuning eye is a nice feature and is a bit dim but does work. The wood case is in good condition and is solid but has a few nicks as the pictues show. I don't believe in refinishing a case that is 60 years old when its in this good of condition. The one side has a nice decorative feature. A wire antenna helps pull in stations. Bad capacitors have been replaced and tubes check good. This radio will look great on your table or shelf and should play for a long time if treated well. I will double box this radio.
