'to provide. an opportunity of learning the difference between the various types of airships. and. whether or not the policy of expending public funds on airship development for commercial purposes is one to be supported and encouraged'. Spanner's concluding section is headed 'Why airships have no future!', which makes his position fairly clear. Heavy edge wear, top and bottom of spine worn/pulled, 1 inch split in middle of spine, foxing to endpapers.
