You are bidding on an Alistor Enamels Fishing Trinket Box. This English trinket box is approximately 2 1/4 inches in diameter, and a little over 1-inch deep. This beautifully rendered trinket box shows a fly fisherman hard at work. Open the box and the inside lid shows this same fisherman getting "tied up" in his work. The following script appears at the bottom of the box: "Life is but a tangled web". The craftmanship is exquisite - colors are vivid, and the gold trim has no tarnish. The trinket box is presented in its own custom, velvet-lined 3 x 3 inch box. Condition for the trinket box is like new.. The storage box shows minor wear around the edges. A great collector's item for the fisherman in your life. Good luck bidding.
