Wonderful vintage oil on board by listed Mexican artist ALBERTO LUIZ VELA (1920-2006). Painting itself measures 8 X 10 inches and add another 4 inches with original vintage frame. Signed in the lower left Alberto Ruiz also has on back a gallery label from the Martin Lowitz Gallery in Los Angles California with the artist's bio. I would say this was painted in the 1960's based on the frame style and the gallery label on back which lists the location of the gallery as Los Angles 48, California. Both the painting and frame are in very good condition with the painting having a tiny bit of flaking of the paint not really noticeable.UNITED STATE BUYERS ONLY PLEASE.
