Alco S5 / S6 switcher by Alco Models Southern Pacific bought 70 S-6 units in 1955-56. They were used in yard and road service. Model includes MU connections.The previous owned had started to modify the unit to Southern Pacific specs with the addition of metal Mars lights on each end. The body is in great shape, but the drive train will need work. See photos. Small gears, washers, screws are included. Some people have replaced the drive and / or trucks with Atlas or Proto 2000. Your choice. Will be shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared Shipping via USPS Priority Mail to USA addresses only.
