The photos don't give this Giclee justice. Beautifully framed Alexander Chen's Chrysler Building Giclee in color with hand-embellishments on canvas. Hand-signed in pigment by the artist. 322/950 Limited Edition Print. COA and appraisal included. Indicated measurements is of the canvas, not the frame. Photo taken without flash in front of window with ceiling light on.Why am I selling? At the time of purchase, I obtained multiple Alexander Chens with the intention of keeping only two. Obtaining multiple prints from the same artist results in receiving a reduction in price. Giclees are superior to traditional lithography in several ways. The colors are brighter, last longer, and are so high-resolution that they are virtually continuous tone, rather than tiny dots. The range, or "gamut" of color for giclees is far beyond that of lithography, and details are crisper.Lithography uses tiny dots of four colors--cyan, magenta, yellow and black--to fool the eye into seeing various hues and shades. Colors are "created" by printing different size dots of these four colors.Source:/gds/What-is-a-giclee-comparing-Lithograph-to-Giclee-/10000000000729550/g.html
