Alice in Wonderland Alice Production Cel and Painted Background (Walt Disney, 1951). For this animated Disney classic, Alice was animated by Disney Legend Marc Davis. Her voice was provided by Kathryn Beaumont, who would also go on to provide the voice of Wendy in Peter Pan. Miss Beaumont also provided live on-camera Alice performances for television specials promoting the release of this film. This is a stunning hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Alice, with an usually large image of 9". It's one of the most visually striking Alice cels we have seen. The cel is trimmed to image and mounted to a beautiful hand-painted presentation background. Background is on illustration board measuring 11.5" x 8.5". Minor handling wear.
