This is for a Monstered out Align T-Rex 450 DFC stretched to 480, BEFORE WE GO ANY FURTHER, THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER`S HELICOPTER. THIS IS NOT A GREAT CHOICE FOR A FIRST COLLECTIVE PITCH 6CH HELI, THIS IS NOT A TOY GRADE HELI. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE FLYING CP HELICOPTERS AT THE LEAST, A FIXED PITCH HELICOPTER. SERIOUS INJURY MAY OCCUR IF IMPROPERLY HANDLED.so with that out of the way, This is my monster and my Go-To copter in the field when people bust out their Dominators. The helicopter is about 3 months old but not used as much as I wanted to because I am currently hooked in to my FPVquadcopters. This started out as a TRex 450 DFC but it was modded to take 6s LiPo Power. Here are the components changed: Scorpion HK2221-2210 BL motor Castle ICE Lite 50A ESC (programming card included) Longer streched to 480 size Tailboom using a Tarot boom (original shorter boom included) AR7200BX FBL Controller (the 3gx simply ain`t gonna cut it) Edge tail Blades This is a great setup and easily out-performs the stock Trex Dominator. The BeastX is waay better than the 3gx and with this tail setup, you will not have any blow-outs even on hard 3d and powerful takeoff pump ups.
