This auction is for a ALL AMERICAN 15.5 QT No.7 PRESSURE COOKER CANNER with INSTRUCTION BOOK A Heavy Cast Aluminum Pressure Cooker Canner. This is a No. 7 and has a 15.5 quart liquid capacity. ALSO included is a pair of canning jar TONGS and Fillerfunnel as shown in photo. Can your favorite fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. All-American Pressure Cookers / Canners feature and exclusive, precision machined "metal-to-metal" sealing system. Positive action clamping locks align the cover to the base, forming a steam-tight seal. At the same time, this metal-to-metal seal automatically permits venting under unusual pressure conditions, providing an extra margin of safety over conventional rubber or gasketed cookers. Bottom of canner is marked "Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Co. Inc. No. 7 American Manitowoc Wis. 15 1/2 Qts." Canner measures 7 3/4" high (without lid) and 13 1/4" in diameter at the top (outside diameter). Pressure Cooker / Canner has usage marks, stains and discoloration to the inside, book has wear. Three of us insppected at no breaks or cracks on handles. This is heavy at approx 15 1/2 pounds BEFORE packing and boxing for shipping.
