T. Allen Lawson Print~ View From Truman Balcony 12 x 16 T. Allen Lawson Print~ View From Truman Balcony 12 x 16 Outer cover measures: 13 1/4" x 17". Has an embossed Presidential Seal on center. When you open the cover the print is held in by 2 corner flaps & has a protective tissue sheet. Outer cover shows light corner bumping and a just a little soiling. The print measures: 7" x 10" mounted on a 12" x 16" matte. Print shows artist signature top right: T. Allen Lawson. To the right of the Laura Bush signature is an embossed Presidential seal ( seal also on outer cover ). Unsure of the printing process...serigraph? lithograph? We were told these were given to employees at the White House. Under the print shows: Warm wishes for a joyful holiday 2008 in gold lettering. Signed by George Bush & Laura Bush. Back is titles: View From The Truman Balcony The White House 2008. T. Allen Lawson ,Oil on linen 28" x 20". Paid for by the Republican National Committee. WWW. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate committee. / The framed print is made with 30% Recycled Fiber / Hallmark. Print is in very good condition, shows no soiling or creasing. The scene from the Truman Balcony overlooks the Washington Monument and the artist must have painted the original at sunrise or sunset and the lighting is quite beautiful. A wonderful read more
