Vintage thick plush chenille full size bedspread, shown on queen size bed, that is wonderfully soft with snow white pearl gray and berry red chenille on a white cotton background. Bedspread has center diamond medallions in pearl gray basket weave pattern framed by pairs of cut roses higlighted with green foliage. White chenille is cut in intricate swirls, scallops, and crisscross patterns while the gray chenille pattern includes in chain link pattern dips and swirls on three sides of the spread along with the white chenille. Measures a large 102" by 93" so will fit queen with dust ruffle or full size bed without. Amazingly intact for its age and heritage, this spread has been safely kept in storage for decades. T is no missing chenille. T is an L shape mend on back side in one of the gray diamonds that can be seen in photo on the backside beside a nickle coin. This is not very evident from the front without close inspection. T are no open holes but a few tiny wear dots, light marks (beside nickle) , and small mends on backside of cotton background.
